Biography

Luke Corradine is an award-winning composer.

At an early age, the family emigrated from native Trieste to London where he started taking piano lessons and solfège. Whilst studying composition & jazz harmony from 2002, under legendary jazzman Pedro Iturralde, Luke appeared on some of the best selling records of the decade including 'Now Dance 2004' alongside Kylie Minogue and Justin Timberlake; 'Jazz FM's Café Session' and iconic 'Secret Love' compilation.

From 2006 Luke composes for Nokia, Lego, Amnesty International and ITV's StandUpToCancer in the UK, featuring Keira Knightley and Ronan Keating.
A string of independent films followed: 'London Payback' (Alan Ford); 'Hard Time Bus' (six nominations at the ABFF in New York); 'Last Flight To Abuja' (winner of 5 African Movie Academy Awards); and British thriller 'Welcome to Curiosity' (Richard Blackwood).
Luke was also honoured to compose for a series of short documentaries commissioned by the UK Government dealing with the problems of depression and stress in modern society.

From 2018, Luke also scored the music for HBO's feature film 'No Panic With a Hint of Hysteria' (Stephen Baldwin) considered one of Baldwin's best acting performances in years; TEFAF art fair in Maastrich; and the opening of YIHAUS in Shanghai - the world's largest commercial shopping village

In 2021 he sound designed the award winning documentary 'The Beatles and India', while producing sci-fi series Black Rose to be directed by Superman and Louise director, James Bamford.

Luke has recently been invited to conduct at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, in Los Angeles, to rave reviews. His score for Dovzhenko's classic film Earth (1930) is constantly been screened and performed live with support from the Toronto Film Festival, and the Filmoteca Española, amongst others.
